Böreklik is the sheet made to be filled and rolled. It is a fraction sturdier than the köy yufkası, so it carries the filling without tearing open.
In the oven it lifts layer by layer. That is exactly what you want in a sigara böreği or a rolled börek from the baking dish.

How big is a sheet
An in-scale photo is still missing: a sheet next to a hand, a plate or the pack. According to usability research this is the second image a buyer looks for, and it appears on none of the yufka sites we examined. A photo brief for it is ready.
